How To Use

For 14 consecutive days, apply both the lower and upper strips to dry teeth. Wait 30 minutes before removing the strips. After removing the strips, brush teeth without toothpaste to remove any remaining gel. Apply the gum oil to your gums and teeth for 5 minutes, then rinse with water.

    No issues on my sensitive teeth

    I waited to start using these until after I had my teeth cleaned at the dentist.
